How early should we start planning?
For events up to 150 attendees we need 6–8 weeks. For conferences or gala nights with 200+ attendees, ideally 3–4 months before the date.

Do you work outside Athens?
Yes — we've delivered events in Thessaloniki, Crete, the islands and abroad. We coordinate local suppliers and on-site crew.

Do you handle permits and licensing?
Yes, when the event requires it. We coordinate with municipalities, fire department, utilities or private venues for all necessary approvals.

How do you price?
With a clear budget breakdown per category (venue, A/V, catering, production, fees). No surprises on the final invoice.

Yes. We partner with streaming studios and offer full virtual platform setup for audiences of up to 5,000 online attendees.
